Privacy policy

togethergtm is a service being brought to you by Bibdex Inc. (“Company”). By accessing or otherwise using togethergtm you agree and acknowledge to be bound by this Privacy Policy (“Policy”). If you do not agree to this Policy or the togethergtm Terms of Service, do not access togethergtm.

The Company takes your privacy seriously. The following policy covers the Company’s treatment of personally identifiable information collected through the use of the togethergtm website (“Website”) and the togethergtm service (“Service”). The policy does not apply to entities that the Company does not own or control, or persons that the Company does not employ or manage. Nevertheless, the Company will take all reasonable means to maintain your privacy as described below when working with third parties.

The Company reserves the right to update and change the Policy from time to time. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service shall be subject to the Policy. You can review the most current version at any time at togethergtm.com/privacy, and the date at the top changes when the page does.

The short version

We collect what you type into our forms, so that a person can read it and come back to you about going to market together. We do not run analytics, we set no cookies, and we do not sell or rent anything you give us. Ask and we will delete it.

Accounts

You do not need an account to use this Website. There is no login. You can read every page, run every free tool, and contact us without registering for anything.

Children under the age of 13 are prohibited from using the Service.

Information collection

The Company collects personally identifiable information when you submit one of its forms. Each of the fields below is one you filled in yourself:

• Asking for a market map (the form on the home page, and /intake) collects your name, work email, company name and website, who you describe as your target customer, your go-to-market plans for the next six months, and a typical annual deal size.
• Listing your company (/join) collects your name, email, LinkedIn, website, a description of your product, who you sell to, and the campaign types you are open to.
• Using a free tool — the Partner Fit Mapper, the Joint Value Proposition Builder, the Warm Intro Workflow, the First-Call Planner or PMF Pulse — collects the text you type into it, in order to generate the answer.

We do not ask for payment details, and there is nowhere on this site to give us any.

What we do not collect

• No cookies. This Website sets none, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss and nothing to opt out of.
• No analytics and no web beacons. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, and no third-party measurement or advertising script on any page.
• No behavioural record. We do not record which pages you visited, what you clicked, or how long you stayed, and we do not build a profile of you from it.
• No stored IP addresses. We count recent requests per address in memory so that a form cannot be submitted a thousand times in an hour. That counter is discarded when the server restarts and is never written to the database.

Information usage

The Company uses information for the following purposes: to fulfil your request, to research your market and prepare the map, to generate the output of a free tool you ran, to review a company listing before it is published, and to reply to you.

The Company does not use your email address or other personal information to send commercial or marketing messages. There is no marketing list and no newsletter, and we are not going to add you to one without asking.

What we send you

If you ask for a market map, we do not email you. Submitting that form sends a notification to us; the next step is the booking page you land on, and you take it yourself.

If you list your company, we send you one email, to confirm the address is yours. It contains a verification link and tells you that a person here reads your listing before it goes into the directory.

Information sharing and disclosure

The Company will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Four services receive some of it, each because it is doing a specific job:

• Postmark delivers our email — the notification that tells us you got in touch, and the address-verification message we send if you list your company.
• Calendly provides the booking widget on the page you reach after submitting the market-map form. Picking a time there is a booking made with Calendly.
• Anthropic runs the model behind the free tools. What you type into a tool is sent there to produce the answer, under terms that prohibit training on it.
• Google Fonts serves the two typefaces this site uses, which means your browser requests them from Google when a page loads.

That is the whole list. Beyond it, the Company will not share your personally identifiable information with third parties unless:

• We have your consent to share this information;
• We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested;
• We need to share the information with companies who work on behalf of the Company to provide a product or service to you. Whenever we share your personal information with these trusted business partners, they work under confidentiality agreements that comply with this privacy policy;
• We reasonably believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise required or permitted by law;
• We respond to warrants, subpoenas, court orders or legal process or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; or
• We find that your actions on our web sites violate the togethergtm Terms of Service.

We may transfer information about you if the Company is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, the Company will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Information you submit will be transmitted to Canada, the United States, and/or other countries for processing and storage by the Company and its affiliates and may be subject to the legal jurisdiction of these countries.

The directory is public

A company listing exists to be found. Once you verify your address and we approve the listing, what you wrote about your company appears on the public partner directory. Your email address is not published there. Any personal information you volunteer in the text of a listing may be read and used by others. If you would rather not be listed after all, write to us and we will take it down.

Use of your data to build AI models

We do not train models on your data. The free tools send what you typed to a large language model provider under terms that prohibit training on it, and we do not otherwise incorporate your information into a model.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until it stops being useful to the conversation we are having with you. We are a small company and this is a small database; there is no automated expiry, and we would rather tell you that than describe a retention schedule we do not run. We may retain your personal information in backups for a reasonable period of time. That information will not be shared with anyone outside of the Company.

Your rights to control your information

You have the right to access, verify, correct and delete the information we hold about you. Email togethergtm.com@hello and say which you want. You do not need to give a reason and you do not need to cite a regulation.

Confidentiality and security

The Company will limit access to your personal information to people who, as part of their job, we believe need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you.

In the event that you believe that your personal safety is at risk or if you believe that you may be the victim of identity theft or other illegal conduct, please contact the appropriate federal, provincial or local law enforcement agencies directly.
